Terms of Use
- The free version stays free for good, with no ads.
- You buy the full version once on Google Play and it stays yours.
- Google handles the payment and any refund.
Who offers the app
Sudoku Teacher is developed and offered by Michal Vyroubal, Czech Republic, company ID (IČO) 68180403. Contact: [email protected].
These terms apply to the Sudoku Teacher app for Android and to the web version at app.sudokuteacher.app. How we handle data is described in our Privacy policy.
Free version
You can use the app for free, with no ads and no time limit. The free version teaches you the basic tricks. What is free now will stay free.
Full version
The full version adds more tricks, candidates and connecting candidates. You buy it once; it is not a subscription. For now, you can only buy it in the Android app, through Google Play.
- The price is shown on Google Play before you complete the purchase, including VAT.
- Google (Google Play) handles the sale and the payment as our agent. The Google Play terms also apply to the purchase. We never see your payment details.
- The full version you buy is yours for good on the Google account you paid with. It comes back by itself when you reinstall the app or use another Android device with the same account.
- In the web version the full version can’t be unlocked yet.
Refunds and withdrawal
You ask for a refund through Google Play, under its rules. If Google turns you down, write to us and we’ll find a solution. The full version is digital content you get right after paying. Withdrawal from the purchase is governed by the Google Play terms. This does not limit your statutory consumer rights.
After a refund, the app goes back to the free version. Your progress stays; only your level is limited to the highest level of the free version.
Developing the app
We keep developing the app, so its content and look may change. This will not take away the full version you bought, nor strip it of what you paid for.
Liability
The app is meant for learning and fun. We try to make it work without errors, but we can’t guarantee it. We are liable for damage to the extent provided by law.
Disputes and governing law
Czech law applies. If you are a consumer in another EU country, you keep the protection your country’s law gives you. If we can’t reach an agreement, you can turn to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority, which settles consumer disputes out of court (adr.coi.cz).
Changes
If these terms change, we’ll publish the new version here and update the date at the top.
